The best new beauty buys

2016's newest beauty buys!

Kylie Jenner Lip Kits (US$29):
Everyone is talking about the Instagram King’s newest beauty release which is so hot that every time they manage to restock, every shade is sold out in seconds. Kylie has recently added a few new shades to the collection, bringing the total number up to six, with additions like the bright red ‘Mary Jo K’ and the baby pink ‘Posie K’. You’d better be following Kylie on Instagram if you have any chance of snagging a colour when they are released again, unless you want to pay £60 for one on Ebay…? Me neither.

MAC Retro Matte Liquid Lipcolour (£21):
Matte liquid lipsticks have exploded into one of 2015/2016’s biggest beauty trend, and MAC have finally gotten in on the action. If you’re not up to chasing one of Kylie’s creations down, these MAC liquid lipsticks are proving rather popular in the beauty world at the moment. They also come in an amazing range of colours, so there will be a colour for everyone.

L’Oreal Infallible Sculpt Contour Palette (£6.99):
Contouring has finally hit the high street, and a favourite of ours comes in the form of the cream-to-powder offering from L’Oreal. At only £6.99 a pop, these contouring duos are both high quality and kind on your purse – you’re welcome!

NARS Velvet Matte Skin Tint SPF 30 (£30)
NARS bases have always been a crowd favourite, and their newest release is set to become a fan favourite like so many before it. Offering a soft velvet-matte texture as the name suggests, the oil-free formula promises to not only to last all day, but to leave you looking fabulous for 12 hours. Sounds fabulous!

Clinique Pep Start Eye Cream (£22):
Over to the skincare side of things, we’ve got a great new product fresh on the shelves from Clinique. Claiming to get you looking refreshed and wide awake in just 3 seconds, this eye cream has a lot to live up to. This product is so new that we haven’t even had the chance to give it a go yet, but from the early reviews we’ve heard, it’s a winner.

Urban Decay X Gwen Stefani Collection (£14-40):
When it was announced that Gwen Stefani was going to be collaborating with UD back in 2015 we almost squealed with happiness. Gwen’s style paired with UD’s flawless execution was sure to make for a might fine collection, and boy did it. In stores now, you can get you hands on a variety of lip liners, lipsticks, an exclusive brow box, an amazing 15 piece eyeshadow palette, and a beautiful 6 piece blush palette. All of the pieces are absolutely gorgeous and well worth the splurge, so get to your nearest UD stand A.S.A.P.
